COCD Platform
(Clinico-Omics Cohort Database Platform)The COCD Platform is Basgenbio's cohort database platform, including a total of 730,000 clinico-omics data, centered around K-Biobank and global biobanks such as UKB and ADNI. This platform contains information on various diseases, including cancer, chronic diseases, and autoimmune diseases.

K-Biobank
- Largest Private Biobank in South Korea
-
K-Biobank stores blood samples from 156,000 subjects collected since 2005 from various medical institutions, including Yonsei Medical Center, major university hospitals, and health checkup centers. Its data scope is being expanded by linking clinical records and lifestyle information accumulated in government agencies such as the National Health Insurance Service, National Cancer Center, and Statistics Korea. Basgenbio conducts research and development activities based on K-Biobank, including drug efficacy simulation. genetic and environmental factor analysis related to disease occurrence, and scientific research results related to disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.

UK Biobank
- World's Largest Private Biobank
-
UK Biobank consists of a large-scale cohort database with genetic and health data from 500,000 residents across the UK. Basgenbio analyzes data from global biobanks like this for research on disease prediction , drug response marker, and drug target validation.
*Year of Acquisition: 2021

ADNI
- Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI)
-
ADNI is a multi-institutional, longitudinal, and prospective research database involving research teams from 63 regions in the United States and Canada. It tracks the progression of Alzheimer's disease using brain imaging, biochemical, and genetic biomarkers. It includes information on normal cognitive aging, mild cognitive impairment, and early Alzheimer's disease patients, allowing for multidimensional analysis. Basgenbio analyzes ADNI data for the discovery of drug response markers and targets related to Alzheimer's disease, as well as external validation.
*Year of Acquisition: 2021

TCGA
- The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA)
-
TCGA is a project started in 2005 aimed at the integrated accumulation of cancer genetic mutation data and biological information analysis. It is operated by the U.S. National Cancer Institute (NCI) and the National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI). Basgenbio analyzes TCGA data for the discovery of drug response markers and drug targets related to cancer, as well as external validation of internal results.
